1. About TFDA

Telugu Film Directors Association (“TFDA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides online services and information relating to the Association, its members, events, news, galleries, membership services, story registration, and other activities of the Association.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using TFDA's website, mobile application, or online services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the applicable services.

3. User Accounts and Member Login

Certain services may require users or TFDA members to log in or create an account.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. TFDA may restrict or suspend access where information provided is false, misleading, unauthorized, or where the service is being misused.

4. Membership Services

Membership-related information and facilities available through the website or application are intended for eligible TFDA members.

Membership status, membership category, member ID, eligibility, benefits, and other membership matters are subject to TFDA's applicable rules, records, and decisions.

Information displayed digitally does not override TFDA's official records.

5. Story Registration

TFDA may provide an online facility for submission and registration of stories, scripts, concepts, or related creative material.

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that:

• All required documents and information are provided correctly.

Issuance of a registration acknowledgement or certificate records the submission/registration according to TFDA's applicable process. It should not by itself be interpreted as TFDA independently verifying authorship, originality, ownership, copyright validity, or the absence of competing third-party claims.

6. Payments

TFDA may collect payments online for story registration, membership-related services, events, or other approved services.

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers such as PhonePe or other payment gateways.

Users must provide accurate payment and transaction information. A service will be treated as successfully paid only after payment confirmation is received through the applicable payment system and reflected in TFDA's records.

7. Failed or Pending Transactions

A payment may occasionally remain pending or fail due to banking, UPI, payment gateway, network, or technical issues.

Where money is debited but TFDA does not receive successful payment confirmation, the transaction will be handled according to the applicable payment provider/banking process and TFDA's Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Users should retain their transaction reference or payment ID for payment-related enquiries.

8. Events and RSVP

TFDA may provide event information and RSVP facilities.

Submitting an RSVP does not necessarily guarantee admission where an event has eligibility requirements, limited capacity, invitation restrictions, security requirements, or other conditions.

TFDA may modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel an event when necessary.

9. Website Content

News, photographs, videos, member profiles, event information, association announcements, and other content are provided for informational and Association-related purposes.

While reasonable efforts may be made to keep information accurate and current, TFDA does not guarantee that every item will always be complete, error-free, or immediately updated.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, TFDA branding, logos, website design, Association-created content, graphics, and other proprietary materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, commercially exploited, or distributed without appropriate authorization.

Third-party photographs, videos, film information, trademarks, and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

11. Prohibited Use

Users must not misuse TFDA services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website or application functionality, submit fraudulent information, impersonate another person, upload unlawful or malicious material, or use TFDA services for activities prohibited by applicable law.

12. Third-Party Services

TFDA services may integrate or link to third-party services, including payment gateways, social media platforms, video platforms, mapping services, or other external providers.

Use of those services may also be governed by the respective provider's terms and privacy practices.

13. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information submitted through TFDA services will be handled in accordance with TFDA's Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

Users should review the Privacy Policy to understand what information may be collected, why it is collected, and how it is handled.

14. Service Availability

TFDA may temporarily suspend or restrict digital services for maintenance, upgrades, security, technical issues, legal requirements, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

TFDA does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every online service.

15. Changes to Services and Terms

TFDA may update its digital services and these Terms and Conditions when required.

The latest version will be published on the official website with an updated effective or revision date. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to TFDA's services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
